SINGLE FAMILY HOME

This project is a two-level single family home that is approximately 2806.9 Square Feet. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a fireplace on both floors, one in the living room, and one in a second story bedroom. On the main level is an attached garage, laundry, and storage area. Above that, on the second level, is a overhanging patio.

I was tasked with digitalizing this floor plan, and making it more readable for presentation to the client and project team. It was requested that a front elevation be added to the drawing set, for more visual clarity, and finalized drawings of the changes made in architecture.
